Tasting notes
Taster   Chris Goodrum
Nose: Crisp and grainy with herbal spices and oily, vanilla coated dried fruit. Even the subtle smoke notes have a herbal demeanour.
Palate: Showing more of the oily dried fruit along with the herbal spiciness. A little simpler, but still herbal and grainy with a touch of milky vanilla oak.
Finish: A bit oak-aged, vodka-like.
Comment: Pleasantly intense, although it sort of runs out of steam towards the end.

Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: The main spirit notes are the loudest children in class here.
Palate: The palate is really bitter and gives hints of gravy powder and over-ripe stone fruits.
Finish: The bitterness continues.
Comment: Difficult to determine if this is oak or spirit driven.
