Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Vivacious with smoked fish/bacon balanced with vanilla. Water renders it invisible.
Palate: A shift to nut oil,walnut bread/hazelnut creaminess.Bacon rind. Good balance.
Finish: Peppery.
Comment: This has power,depth and length.Good.

Nose: Rootsy, resinous and rich.
Palate: Blimey, what a feisty number! Big, earthy, spicy and quite aggressive
Finish: Peat, and pepper, long and lingering.
Comment: Plays a bit rough and ready, but still quite likeable.
