Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Medicinal. TCP,cough medicine. Briny wind. Wet pebbles. A touch of creosote. Stable disinfectant.Aromatic herbs. Thyme, savory. Dry cider. A yeasty hint.
Palate: Round,smooth. Sweet maltiness. Smoke with a sherbety feel.
Finish: Smoky,dry,dusty with a touch of spices.
Comment: An easygoing marine dram. Clean cut with a generous peat signature.

Nose: Dried fruit and fudge notes floating above toastyness.
Palate: Soft fruit with chocolate sweetness leads,very subtle oak dryness underpins an integrated packageof flavours.
Finish: Sweetness leads then keeps alternating with dryness.
Comment: A model of consistency,with the same flavour and intensity,until the finish adds more variety.
