Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Burnt grass.
Palate: Light. Sandy. Peat. Fruit - lots of it. Iron. Plenty of flavour development.
Finish: Long, smoky, warming.
Comment: A promising middleweight. Could be a contender in two or three years.

Nose: Dry with notes of heather, fishboxes, cigar ash and dried seaweed.
Palate: Dry malty (kiln-like) with good positive attack.
