Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light and poised. Stands slightly aloof. Dusty spice, cumin and anise. Plain with water (youth).Wheat chaff and spangles (orange sweets).
Palate: Immediate coal smoke then smoked haddock. Long and clean with a lot going on. Oily and quite subtle
Finish: Gentle, wisps of smoke.
Comment: Not quite the extra dimension that would raise it to the next level but great for a youngster.

Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Strawberry fool, crème fraiche, soft and feinty.
Palate: Lime starburst, sweet and pleasant with a sorbet palate cleansing fruitiness
Finish: Sweet, clean fruity and very nice indeed.
Comment: Very drinkable, very pleasant.
