Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Set honey. Fragrant.
Palate: Minty. First peppermint creams, then leafy garden mint.
Finish: Bitter chocolate.
Comment: Sophisticated flavours in a delicate structure. Like elaborate petits-fours.
8.0
Taster   Ian Wisniewski
Nose: Creamy porridge with honey, then baked apples and apricots take over.
Palate: Luscious, syrupy texture with nuances of digestive biscuits, thick set honey, créme brûlée, gingerbread and dried fruit.
Finish: Digestive biscuit dryness and créme brûlée sweetness, with a final flourish of dried fruit.
Comment: A mellow character with integrated flavours rather than an individual sequence.
