Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Gentle and delicate. Apple pie, banana, cooked brown sugar. A little buzzy with alcohol.
Palate: Needs water which improves it considerably. Fruit kernel, orchard fruit. Lively with a hint of flowers.
Finish: Short and clean. Oak.
Comment: A good aperitif dram.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Floral and fruity. Wild rose, apple blossom. Barley sugar. Sweet apple compote. Slightly spirity. Hint of toffee.
Palate: Light bodied. A bit sharp. Overripe medlar. A cheesy touch.
Finish: Tangy and dry, soothing almondy notes.
Comment: Pleasant fruitiness on the nose but the palate is somewhat dour and one dimensional.
