Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Fresh. Leafy. A hint of citrus.
Palate: Light, firm, drying. Lemon zest. Sweet limes. Remarkably fruity.
Finish: Peppery. Slightly hot. Aggressive.
Comment: Serve as an aperitif. Chilled?
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Plain nose, some sulphur, biscuit crumbs, marsh gas. Immature.
Palate: A mix of overripe fruits, pineapple essence, pear drops, then oak. Tart.
Finish: Hard.
Comment: No maturation.
