Nose: Dry. Herbal. Wild garlic. Appetising.
Palate: Bison leaf. Cut grass. Vanilla. A brief crunch of hard, nutty maltiness.
Finish: Peppery. Warming. Entrapping.
Comment: The Laddie in austere mood. Best before dinner.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Perfumed and floral: iced gems, icing sugar, vanilla pod, créme anglaise. Sweet, light and appetising. In time, lino and plain oak.
Palate: Very sweet and fragrant. Alpine blossoms. Delicate and delicious.
Finish: Light oak.
Comment: Well balanced, delicate and attractive.
