Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Intense. Lightly estery (banana), limeade and nougat. Quite lean with some cumin seed and a tickle of smoke.
Palate: Fizzy and direct. Compressed. Blanched almond, flowers. Sugar puffs.
Finish: Short. Slightly nutty.
Comment: A needle of flavour. Flies straight down the middle.

Nose: Sherbety, fruity, perfumy.
Palate: Grassy. Some sweet perfuminess.
