Tasting notes
Taster   Christopher Coates
Nose: A relaxed opening with Earl Grey tea, vanilla chews, desiccated coconut, and a slight (but not off-putting) rubbery note. Asian pears, red apples, and green grapes.
Palate: Medium bodied with creamy penny sweets like milk bottle gums and white chocolate. Within seconds, it’s bursting with pineapple, mango and kumquat.
Finish: The finish is short but clean and pleasant with hints of kiwi, chocolate and candied fruits.
Comment: Dances between creaminess and lively fruitiness.

Taster   Phoebe Calver
Nose: This is giving me baked Alaska vibes, all sweetness and coconut, cut through with nectarine freshness and a citrus zing.
Palate: The coconut calms here, turning into a more biscuity base, with light vanilla tea, more fresh orchard fruit, and a little cinnamon spice in there.
Finish: Really soft on the finish, like a vanilla sponge cake with a hint of warm nutty spice.
Comment: This is lovely – full on and unashamed of what it is.
