Tasting notes
Taster   Phoebe Calver
Nose: Initial hits of a rhubarb and custard boiled sweet, followed by honey biscuits and peaches in syrup.
Palate: There’s a wildflower freshness, becoming more like sage with some warming spice tickling. Then more of that honey, some lemon zest, and plump raisins.
Finish: A cinnamon dusted peach leads you out, with a nutty edge.
Comment: This takes you on a real journey – full of unexpected twists that I appreciated.

Taster   Christopher Coates
Nose: Light and a little closed at first. With time, there’s zingy lime sherbet, sweetened rice paper (think flying saucer sweets), balsa wood and lemon balm citrus aromas.
Palate: Unsalted butter before the lemon flavours continue. Creamy rice pudding and lemon meringue pie, with citric notes becoming bracingly sour.
Finish: Sharp and short, with the same zesty flavours and hints of nettle and green tea lingering a few seconds.
Comment: Lots of pleasant citric notes make this very fresh.
