Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light and clean. Hint of butter. Mostly green fruits: melon, pear, unripe banana, lawnmower box. Some sweetness. Seems young.
Palate: Much softer (and better) than the nose: tinned fruit, firm grainy grip in the middle then easing into Opal Fruit juiciness.
Finish: Sweet melon balls.
Comment: Best drunk - and meant to be drunk - mixed. Try with ginger ale, it really works!

Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: A curious lack of 'whiskiness'. Alcohol, a gin-like citrus, juniper even. Fizzy kiwis, and a mineral-like quality. Very light.
Palate: Slightly toffeeish, some melon then a slight bitterness like paracetemol.
Finish: The sound of one hand clapping.
Comment: A very clean spirit, but I was left with a sense of absence.
