Tasting notes

Taster Martine Nouet

Nose: Floral. Marshmallow. Wild rose. Hawthorn. Sweet notes. Strawberry invanilla syrup. Quite enticing.
Palate: Sweet and round. Summer fruit. Getting a bit watery at mid palate. Elegant oak.
Finish: Tighter and drier. Leafy.
Comment: A pleasant dram in spite of a weak development at mid palate.

Taster Rob Allanson

Nose: Interesting. Has a tropical fruit note with coconut and candy floss. Appleblossom flowers and summer gardens.
Palate: Strawberries, fruit compote. The oak is there but with a rich sweetness.
Finish: Short and dry.
Comment: Almost there but needs some of the elements ramped up I think.
