Tasting notes
Taster   Lyndsey Gray
Nose: Tonnes of freshly squeezed lemons, hot metal shavings, playdoh, smoky daiquiris and rosemary salted chips. Pineapple marshmallows, maple syrup and orange marmalade on burnt wholemeal toast.
Palate: Burnt bacon with orange peel, sugar dusted shortbread, soy sauce and roasted sage. You’ve downed a hot shot of double espresso with tobacco syrup.
Finish: With the addition of water, a coffee filled smoke enters.
Comment: A rollercoaster ride that needs some water to calm your nerves.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Sweet with spun sugar then roast red apple, poached pear sand caramel sauce. Floral edges – mown grass, hay bales and a faint silage note. Herbal too with dried sage. Then becomes meaty with burnt ends and ginger spices lamb.
Palate: Alcohol showing itself. Fruits are here as an undertow, tart raspberries, red apple chutney. Some very autumnal edges to this.
Finish: Swift with a little grippy. Dries on the spices and then a little sweetness comes back.
Comment: A few drops help balance it out and shows its true colours.
