Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Hot and fresh porridge made from creamy rolled oats and maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon toast. A marmalade citrus edge. Soft vanilla cream notes and digestive biscuits.
Palate: Grain heavy granola, barley sugar sweets and vanilla custard cream biscuits, There’s fruit here too with raspberries and some blueberries.
Finish: Quite short and warming with honey and a little warming cinnamon spice.
Comment: A decent blend, well put together, that would fit well into any occasion.

Taster   Christopher Coates
Nose: Eucalyptus and oatcake at first, followed by woolly jumpers and heather on the moor. Then comes blossom honey sweetness with orange zest.
Palate: Sweet and fruity. A generous helping of tarte tatin and cream. There’s cinnamon spice and some red berries too. I’m not sure if it’s breakfast or dessert!
Finish: Medium-short in length, it fades to vanilla and lemon.
Comment: A very pleasant and easy-drinking dram.
