Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Grainy from the get-go, malted barley extract, warm milk and porridge oats. A little honey sweetness. Hints of citrus, lemon posset and orange jelly with mandarin segments.
Palate: Orange barley sugar sweets, then fresh summer fruit salad, peaches, apricots and strawberries. A peppery edge tempered with a creamy vanilla side.
Finish: Fairly short with lingering herbal tea notes, chamomile and turmeric.
Comment: A decent well put together blend.

Taster   Lyndsey Gray
Nose: A fruity and floral delight with cantaloupe melon, white grapes, banana and raspberry yoghurt followed by a soapy scent of magnolia and lavender candles.
Palate: The grassy and floral notes carry through with lavender, heather honey, and morning dew creating a light and airy essence with notes of milk sorbet, wafer cones and honeycomb following.
Finish: Short, light and uncomplicated.
Comment: Session whisky through and through. Simple and effective like a packet of Ice Cream Chewits.
