Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Starts on creamy aromas then opens up to a springtime bouquet. Hazelnut toffee. William pear. Lemon drops. Freesia. Touch of pepper. Echo of peat.
Palate: Flowing. Mellow. Pears stewed in vanilla. Lemon syllabub. Virginia tobacco. Salty sensation.
Finish: Quickly vanishing but pleasant.
Comment: A light, refreshing and aromatic blend. To be enjoyed with light food such as seafood salad or trifle. No water please.
7.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Soft and spicy. Citrus (lemon, tangerine), vanilla, mint/basil, then soft toffee spices.
Palate: Rounded and silky with good top notes. Turmeric with light honey and planed wood.
Finish: Short and clean.
Comment: Slightly too firm a grip.
