Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light, lactic and slightly grubby. Milking a cow in a mucky byre. In time, suet pudding, slightly rotting fish and butter. Very odd.
Palate: Very light. Ashes, spent fire, then butter, then Savlon. Claggy. Unbalanced.
Finish: Very thin.
Comment: All the aromas are working against each other and it's incredibly muted. Why bottle this at 40%?
6.5
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Lactic. Dairy floor. Emerging sourness. Gooseberry. A hint of clover honey. Then a floral note. Meadow sweet maybe. A very faint marine touch.
Palate: Sweet but weak. Watery. Not delivering much. A cardboard note.
Finish: Did you say finish? Nearly missing here.
Comment: So shy (apart from the dairy aromas) that it is hard to describe.
