Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Concentrated with a big malt note, oat cakes and milled barley. Angel Delight, caramel wafers and toffee apples.
Palate: The malt note comes through, Shredded Wheat, malt loaf and butter. Hints of soft fruits too.
Finish: A little astringent and still malty.
Comment: A decent everyday blend, perfect for unwinding with.
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense, malty and oaky. Green oak, oat biscuits. Ginger ale. Grain loft. Sweeter notes on time. Butterscotch. In the back a heady floral note like daffodils. An earthy note.
Palate: Sweet and round. Sweet rich cereals. Grainy. Weetabix. Pears in compote. A bit weak at mid palate but pleasant texture. Getting drier.
Finish: Dry and gingery.
Comment: A pleasant blend. Rich cereal profile. Good balance.
