Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Fresh, marshmallow, maltiness.
Palate: Smooth, sweetish, delicious, clean. Spun sugar. Never cloying, though. Crunchy dryness.
Finish: Flowery. Rose water. Briar-like dryness.
Comment: I had never noticed the rose water note before, I also find it in Linkwood - from the same valley.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Soft, with those baked fruits again (peach, apple) with caramel, sticky toffee pudding and a hint of damp chamois leather.
Palate: Substantial and well built, the soft fruits sitting within a firm structure, and a lovely Murray mint note.
Finish: Nutty.
Comment: A cracker. Now Pernod will you please do what Seagram refused to do and start selling it (and Strathisla)?
