Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Meaty,burned paper,tinned apricots, oily smoke.
Palate: Lots going on here. Intense,untamed peat,burnt fish skin,dark cherry liqueur.
Finish: Big and intense,with lots of smoke and spice.
Comment: Why have a korma when vindaloo is on the menu?

Nose: Ludicrous colour.Big wood.Fruit cake, marzipan,candied peel and baked fruits.OTT.
Palate: Big and ripe.Lacquer,rustic. Woodsmoke lingering.All very upfront and showy.
Finish: Long,slick.
Comment: An unreconstructed alpha male.
