Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Sesame toast. Seaweed. Japanese breakfast.
Palate: Gritty. Grainy, nutty, salty.
Finish: Pepper. Salt. Iron. Minerally.
Comment: Bold flavours. \"Take me as I am, \" it seems to say. I will. Let's live dangerously.

Nose: Farmyard. Wet grass, fresh mushroom. Wisp of woodsmoke. Becomes oakier (and maltier) with water.
Palate: Firm structure. Nut bowl. Malty.
Finish: Dry. Melting chocolate.
Comment: Pleasant enough. Undemanding.
