Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Tutti Fruitti ice cream, vanilla, milk chocolate.
Palate: Pleasant mix of fruits with rum and raisin, sultanas.
Finish: Clean, ordered and polite.
Comment: And after the vindaloo, a light fruity dessert. This is a well attired young man.

Nose: Very light. White tea,strawberry,cake mix. Slightly drier than you expect.
Palate: Clean and light. Sugared almond, primroses and very light caramel toffee. Becomes bland with water
Finish: Delicate.
Comment: Fine in an undemanding way.
