Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Initially a farmyardy aroma, then lots of smoke, turned earth, grass, cereal and some soft ripe fruits.
Palate: Very smoky but with a soft juicy texture. Well balanced.
Finish: Long, becoming sweet.
Comment: Well balanced and juicy.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Sweet and syrupy without being cloying. Fruity. Sweet lime juice. Very faint grassy peatiness.
Palate: Soft, fresh, pillowy. Very clean, marshmallow.
Finish: Light, sweet. Biscuity. Hint of toasty dryness.
Comment: A lovely, clean, malty, easily drinkable, whisky. The label promises peat, but that is hard to find.
