Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Serious amounts of tomato stalk here. Dunnage warehousing, sweet and dank.
Palate: Almost dark treacle dominated with that bitter tomato oakiness.
Finish: Dries swiftly leaving the oak grip.
Comment: Another big wooded winter whisky. Perfect for late nights.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Woody. Damp cellar. Mossy. Like entering a cellar which has been locked for years.
Palate: Again, that oak grip. Bitter chocolate. Dry oak. Hint of dried fruits. Fig, treacle.
Finish: Grippy, spicy and dry.
Comment: Another oak and oak only whisky. I must have an oak-(over)sensitive palate!
