Tasting notes
Taster   Chris Goodrum
Nose: Pleasantly mature and liberally honey infused. Hints of earth, sawdusty oak and grass with a developing sherbet lemon character. The aromas become grainy with a light dried fruit note coming through to give it an old grain whisky-like feel.
Palate: Lightly oiled Gyanan-esque dried fruit at first, then a little oak, spice and sweetness. Pleasantly deep if a little straight-forward. Lovely mouth-coating oils.
Finish: Very long, the spices really hit top gear!
Comment: It lost a few points due to its simplistic palate but apart from that it was very enjoyable.

Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: Eucalyptus oil, spearmint and cinnamon. An element of linseed oil and vanilla. Unusual, but interesting.
Palate: Vanilla once again, but here we find an additional sweetness to the earthy, more 'hippy' notes above. Sunflowers mixed with 'da herb', give this a vegetarian note. Not meaty, but herbal.
Finish: Slightly weak but leaves a waft of herbal tastiness behind.
Comment: Reminds me of a house party I once went to in Brixton; all tie-dye and hemp smoking. Nice, but lacking any real bite. Needs some irony goodness for some get-up-and-go.
