Tasting notes
Taster   Neil Ridley
Nose: An abundance of fresh fruit, (plums, nectarines and red apples) some driedginger, liquorice, a hint of malted cereal and orange blossom. With time, candied fruit and cherry sherbet.
Palate: Very sweet and malty, with barley sugar, orange cream chocolates, hints of perfumed red apple, conference pears and a little spice on the back palate.
Finish: Lingering malt notes and orchard fruit.
Comment: Balanced, fresh and fruity - a fine opening dram for the evening.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Takes a little time but caramelised walnuts come through, melted butter and sugar, cake mix, figs in syrup, barley sugar sweets.
Palate: Sweet and sour sauce, BBQ rice cakes, cookie dough, quite buttery then alittle bittersweet touch just at the end.
Finish: Gentle with some spices.
Comment: Alcohol is well mastered and balanced.
