Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light and discreet with blossom like edges. White tea with lemon, a hint ofagave. Chalky and ultimately fragrant.
Palate: Clean and very pure with wild flowers and lily. Some acidity giving balance. Thicker in the centre of the tongue than you might expect.
Finish: Clean and quick.
Comment: An unexpectedly light (but well balanced) Cragganmore.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Prickly. The alcohol is aggressive. Herbal. Lemon balm. White tea. Dryinghay but with a musty touch. Lemonade. Aeration tames the fieriness. Light flowery aromas.
Palate: Crisp but not as spirity as the nose would let expect. The same herbalprofile as on the nose.
Finish: Short.Minty. With a dusty spices feel.
Comment: That whisky has obviously matured in a tired cask. The alcohol is not mastered. But the aromatic profile is not unpleasant.
