Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Fresh and clean with some green banana, kiwi fruits, vanilla pod. With water a bran note but there's sufficient sweetness to balance.
Palate: Very well balanced for one so young. Shows a soft and amenable distillate and great cask interaction. Melon and pears.
Finish: Medium length. Tinned pears.
Comment: Cleanliness, style and substance. A wee cracker!
8.2
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light, malty and fruity. Digestive biscuits. Victoria plums.
Palate: Smooth and satin-like. Malteasers. Mint toffee. Well balanced. Dries on dusty spices.
Finish: Dry and spicy.
Comment: Young but well knitted. Good balance, good delivery. A cheerful dram.
