Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Clean and sweet. Marmalade and lightly herbal: thyme, bay and lemon verbena.
Palate: Clean and while it’s as thick on the palate as a liqueur should be but there’s enough spiciness to balance.
Finish: Nicely balanced, not overly cloying.
Comment: Would make a good Rusty Nail.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fragrant. Obviously a liqueur. Herbalist shop. Thyme, angelica. Sweet orange. In the back, chicken broth.
Palate: Syrupy, thick. Very orangey. Seville orange. With some herbal flavours in the back. A bit watery midpalate.
Finish: Sweet and soft. The bitter orange note lingers nicely.
Comment: A whisky liqueur ? Well thought out. But maybe a higher strength would have toned down the sweetness.
