Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Exotic and soft. Milk chocolate, tight spice. Cherry, nutmeg, black banana. Concentrated, overripe/bruised fruits. Has good balance.
Palate: Very soft start, then tingling sweet spices and light soft fruits: pear, coconut and a tickle of smoke. Balanced.
Finish: Short, fresh. Oaky grip.
Comment: Well made and worth trying.
7.8
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: A bit restrained at the start. Floral. Lilac. Creamy. Grand Marnier sauce. Pine needles. Touch of smoke.
Palate: Smooth. Fruity. Exotic fruit salad. Pineapple, banana, guava.
Finish: Lasting. Nutty. Orange peel. Spicy.
Comment: Quite a complex blend but it takes time to deliver. Well-balanced. Again it would have displayed more at a higher strength.
