Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Prickly. Immature spirit. Green oak. A sweet note of toffee apple.
Palate: Very sweet, almost sugary. Pine resin and toffee.
Finish: Very short,quickly fading.
Comment: Work in progress? Too young to be bottled. Sweetness is not all. The dilution to 40% does not help.
6.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Baked pears and tinned custard, then bran and cardboard, then green plum. Blowsy and cooked. Lacks definition.
Palate: Thick and sweet, like sweetened hot chocolate. Malty.Sweet and simple. It's trying to be something it isn't.
Finish: Clean and nutty
