Tasting notes

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Light, attractive, gentle. There's some barley sugar, soft fruits, banana. With water there's milk chocolate/vanilla and a spicy, biscuity, woody note.
Palate: Soft, juicy style with a rounded, peachy, fruity mid-palate.
Finish: Sweet, syrupy.
Comment: Well-made, light and clean. Good distilling.

Nose: Oily. Cereal grain. Malty.
Palate: Malty dryness. Vegetal.
Finish: Slightly medicinal, very warming.
Comment: Somewhat one-dimensional.
