Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Takes time to open, then gives soft fruits, vanilla and white chocolate.
Palate: Spun sugar and icing sugar. A slight off note towards the end.
Finish: Short and sharp.
Comment: Promised so much but was let down by that off note.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: A butyric touch. Creamy cheese (reblochon?). Fruity notes slowly rise up. Gooseberry. Juicy pears.
Palate: Sweet even sugary. The cheesy note comes back. Not very aromatic.
Finish: Dry, short, fades quickly.
Comment: Should we try pairing that whisky with cheese? I am not convinced...
