Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Dry and malty/oaty (accentuated with water). Light vanilla, crème caramel, some dried apricot.
Palate: Herbal tea with some citrus notes and nutmeg. A little too light with water.
Finish: Dry, slight wood.
Comment: Well-made, light and clean. Good balance.

Nose: Dry. Lightly fragrant.
Palate: Cream flavours. Maltiness. A short burst of extreme sweetness. Then peppery.
Finish: Hot. Warming.
Comment: Good flavour development.
