Tasting notes

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Silky and clean with light touches of oak, pecan, apple and raffia. With water it’s nectarine jam. Good character.
Palate: Soft with those soft fruits appearing early. Light and fragrant little touch of vanilla, nettle and nutmeg.
Finish: Relaxed.
Comment: Very fruity and delightful.

Taster Rob Allanson

Nose: Enticing notes of apple and wood shavings. A touch of sweetness in there too.
Palate: Very gentle with weak green tea, vanilla and some clotted cream fudge.
Finish: Refined.
Comment: A clean, lovely whisky.
