Tasting notes

Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: Lightly fragrant. A hint of orange blossom honey.
Palate: Crème caramel, dusted with cinnamon.
Finish: Fruity tartness. Raspberries? Lemons.
Comment: The most elegant bottlng of the three from Dallas Dhu in this tasting. Soft, soothing.

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: A bit unyielding on the nose but there's some apple, baked banana and chocolate milk.
Palate: Medium bodied with gentle soft chewy feel. Sinks into the middle of the palate well. Rolos and then spices.
Finish: Clean with some fruits.
Comment: This take a LONG time to open, but is worth it when it does.
