Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Blossom (cherry/apple). Lightly spicy and young. Pine. With water Roquefort cheese (!) and nut oil.
Palate: Sweet and sugared light and lemony. The cheese is still there.
Finish: Clean fresh and short.
Comment: A charming dram from a still which usually is pretty bland.

Nose: Aromatic. Restrained peat smoke.
Palate: Peaty, grassy, potpourri. Bath Olivers.
Finish: Dry, intense. Slightly bitter. Woody.
Comment: Good structure, but spoiled by bitterness and woodiness.
