Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sweet and lush. Banana split/milkshake, white chocolate, coconut cream, yoghurt, soft fruits. Moves into caramel and cocoa butter.
Palate: Tongue-coating and spicy which counters the sweetness. Cinnamon and cream, pepper and toffee. Fat and powerful with a subtle grip.
Finish: Runny toffee down the back of the throat.
Comment: Balanced, and totally, utterly, sexy. A real rarity as well.
8.3
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Nail varnish, chocolate powder, bourbon. Dried flowers, popcorn and dusty attics.
Palate: Vanilla, dried flowers and spicy oak.
Finish: Short and clean.
Comment: Another stimulating grain, without so much intense vanilla character as others I’ve tasted.
