Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Dry and dusty with a little fruit. Reminds me of a rye. Acidic fruits. Cream porridge and cornflakes.
Palate: Big sweetness and then dry spices, cinnamon. Sits right in the middle of the tongue. Mild menthol with buttery sweetcorn.
Finish: Crisp but the spices linger.
Comment: A whisky I would like to try as a Manhattan for sure.
8.4
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fruit and cereal. Dusty grain. Grapefruit segments. Vanilla waffle. Gets creamier in time.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Then a spicy explosion follows. Grain again. With a touch of maize. Tabasco. A refreshing hint of mint.
Finish: Dry,medium long.
Comment: A grainy profile enriched by fruity flavours. I'd happily try it chilled.
