Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Cooked fruits, bitter orange/orange pulp, rum and raisin. Almost leathery notes. Pipe smoke, allspice.
Palate: Sweet and deep, but with very pure flavours. Grilled nut. Old-fashioned rose. Ripe.
Finish: Begins to dry. Shows some good maturity.
Comment: A well-made, serious bourbon. One for cigars.
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Restrained. Sweet. Nutty. Smoky.
Palate: Almond essence. Vanilla. Corn muffins.
Finish: Toasty. Crisp.
Comment: Biscuits and gravy and a shot of Charter 12. The breakfast of champions.
