Tasting notes

Taster Rob Allanson

Nose: Sweet, like Honey Nut Cornflakes with a slight cardboard note. There is aherbal note too, crushed mixed herbs.
Palate: Sweet again but then a tannic oak note comes it. A little bitter towards the end.
Finish: Swift and drying.
Comment: Not quite all in balance, but some excellent elements in play.

Nose: Brown paper and red peppers. Sweetens to caramel popcorn.
Palate: Unusual. Honey vies with herbal and oak notes.
Finish: Quite short and a little tannic.
