Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Light fruity notes such as honeydew melon, pineapple and lychee are underpinned by a wax jacket/candlewax element. White chocolate and some drying spice. The chlorine whiff of a swimming pool possibly there too.
Palate: Pineapple and nutmeg spice.
Finish: Chocolate.
Comment: Good complexity and typical of this hearty distillery.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Tobacco pouch and crisp wood with some signs of maturity. Black banana and a herbal note. Oak driven.
Palate: Sweet start banana and raspberry sweets. The oak is quite grippy but not unpleasantly so. Oranges and a silky texture. Long and juicy.
Finish: Soft and then drying and then returns to an apricot note and some cocoa.
Comment: All comes together at the end.
