Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Floral, sweet and delicate. Jasmine, honeysuckle.Turkish delight. As inviting as a candy storeshop window. Barley sugar, caramelised apples.
Palate: ...and the charm still operates. Sweet, velvety. Crystallised violets. Turkish delight again.
Finish: Drying out on soft spices. Quite lingering.
Comment: What a lovely wee dram! Gentle, fragrant, open and lively. So comforting.
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Mushy, honey, polish, pears
Palate: Soft pear up front, then nutmeg, spice and oak
Finish: Fruit and spice. Apple pie, cinnamon
Comment: Dessert for non-dessert eaters like me. Whisky's answer to a homemade apple pie.
