Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Perfumy.Lemon balm. Aniseed. Then an enticing basket of fresh ripe fruits. Lemon pulp. Juicy pears. Summery.
Palate: Silky.Light and fruity. Melon and pear smoothie.
Finish: Clean,fresh and fruity. A slight bitter note in the back.
Comment: Aniceand pleasant summer dram. With the right amountof fruit. Five a day ?

Nose: Delicate,floral,fruit jellybeans.
Palate: Slightly one dimensional but it's a pleasant dimension all the same:jelly fruit with some spearmint,sweet but balanced.
Finish: Quite short with orange fruits,and a very gentle touch of sweet spice.
Comment: Does any distillery produce sweeter, cleaner malt than this one?
