Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fruity.With a sharp edge.Green plums.Honey brings in a sweeter note Vanilla biscuits.
Palate: Crisp. The sweetness comes after, once the tongue is coated. Lovelyfruit display. Like biting in a granny smith. Sharp at start then juicy and rewarding.
Finish: Slowly and gently flowing.
Comment: A delicious dram. As pleasant a s a walk in an orchard on a sunny autumn day. Crisp,fresh and sunny

Nose: Light,very fresh and clean,with sweet, lemon. Pleasant.
Palate: Sweet and pleasant,with clean sweet barley,some soft banana.
Finish: Medium and sweet.
Comment: Perfectly acceptable malt from this Speyside great.
