Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Sweet mint, some basil and creamy vanilla. Some cereal husk. Apples and lime and an elegant smoke. A little linseed.
Palate: More sweet mint, some dark chocolate and lots of vanilla. Bright yellow vanilla ice cream.
Finish: Gentle smoke and some wood-spice.
Comment: Good complexity, structure and balance of smoke, spice and sweetness.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Peaty and slightly briny. Oily notes once more. Dry leaves lanolin mint and ginger beer.
Palate: Medicinal. Chocolate orange. Smoke returns to balance things on the finish. Very interesting.
Finish: Fruity and sweet.
Comment: This has it all but goes about it in an unflashy manner. Good.
