Tasting notes
Taster   Lyndsey Gray
Nose: Spearmint, lemon zest, grilled sweetcorn and cardamom spice. Once it opens up there are notes of toasted marshmallows and some raspberry white chocolate appears.
Palate: A cappuccino straight up, double cream, roasted almonds, beeswax and pumpkin butter. Dry spices and citrus.
Finish: A waxy texture coats the palate, with a drying spice towards the end.
Comment: Imagine being all snuggled up and toasting smores on the beach.
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Oh so gentle at first. Then bakery notes come in, butter and flour, milk chocolate pieces and a sprinkling of cinnamon and all spice. A whiff of smoke. Oak shines through too.
Palate: A light gentle melon and Parma ham note, with hints of salted caramel, then chocolate eclairs, green spiced apples dipped in melted chocolate.
Finish: Long and lingering like lemon verbena tea with honey.
Comment: Great stuff, well balanced and has a lovely subtle maritime quality to it. Definitely one for savouring by the beach bonfire.
