Taster   Ian Wisniewski
Nose: Extra virgin olive oil,nutty, malty, oakey notes with vanilla emerging.
Palate: Integrated flavours:juicy peaches, butterscotch,chocolate,with malty and dry,spicy oak notes mid-wayaccompanied by orange marmalade.
Finish: Citrus with dry,spicy oak and lingering malty notes.
Comment: Delivers range and balance with conviction.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense. A bit sharp at first then mellowing on fruit.Cereal bar. White grapes. Apple juice. Apple toffee. Ontime,vanilla custardand pear drop.
Palate: Round,smooth. With a pleasant thickness. Very much in balance with the nose.
Finish: Dry. Oak shows up and holds a spicy grip on the tongue.
Comment: A two times dram. Fruity sweetness followed by a dry spiciness. The two faces meet up on time.
